The Portugal Chess Tour is a series of quality tournaments organized with the coordination of the Portuguese Chess Federation, including both classic and semi-rapid tournaments. All classic tournaments on the circuit have at least seven rounds, but most are nine-round openers, with the possibility of obtaining GM and IM standards.

These tournaments have already achieved international fame, with almost a thousand participants, of which 80 are titled. It's a fact: Portugal is still in fashion in global chess and our tournaments attract more and more players.
